What can I do if the video keeps freezing?

This is not common but it does occur from time to time. First of all, please make sure your internet connection is working well. If you are using a mobile connection, you might want to consider connecting to Wi-Fi instead. 

Also, please try restarting your device or reinstalling the app. Follow the next steps to do so:

1. Delete the app.

2. Download it again.

3. Open the app and tap on the ‘Get started’  button on the first screen.

4. Enter your personal data as if you’re a new user. When you get to the payment screen (the one where you can see different subscription options), please tap on the ‘Restore purchase’ button at the bottom of the screen (as shown below).

After tapping on ‘Restore purchase,’ you may be asked to enter your Google account password; it’s a procedure initiated by your device, which is sometimes required when restoring a purchase.
